As the sun rises

Everyone from lahore knows how life in lahore is, but each individual has his or her own set of views about how they see life in this city. With this blog, i would like to show people my perspective of the heart of Pakistan. Firstly, i would like to give credit to my Khala Farrah for inspiring me to start this blog. Thank you =D.For two months ago, i went to London for my vacations. Every other day i would hear about a play or a concert or a party going on in lahore and i would think "why do all the wonderful things happen when i am not around?". 1 month later i was missing Lahore like anything. The day i came back, i saw something really manificient, the sun rise slowly above the horizon. Everyone complained how humid it was but all my eyes could see was the beauty of the morning. Driving home i kept my gaze on the beautiful blue skies. It just told me there was more to watch out for. The next day, when i left for some chores, i could not believe my eyes when i saw how breathtakingly amazing lahore had become. The green belt had lovely plants and flowers added to it, there was a green and white fence to add the extra oomph. A bridge had been added to make crossing the road easier for pedestrians. The neatness and finish to it was no lesser then a bridge you would see in ,say, the US, but i would say it was much better. Driving further down, the Kalma Flyover came into view. I must say the government has done a pretty impressive job here in just over two months. White in colour, green plants on the side, just the perfect colours. The mini "yaad gaar" of Kalma Chowk is just the perfect touch to it. Stunning it looked.
As night dawned, wind gushed with full force banging doors and lahore got a spell of rain over it. A perfect night it was. This was just a beginning to mesmerize over the awesome weather and also the end of my blog today =)
A new beginning not to end soon.
