Cold winds blew,light rain drizzled from morning to night. The weather was just perfect for a surprise birthday for her which was arranged by her family. Our mission was to keep Zainab out of the house until the arrangements were done. Unfortunately, as luck would have it, mission impossible took place. She knew something was cooking, hmm a party we say.
The theme was Oscars. Red and black rugs were put to give a starry effect. Balloons were touching the roof. Stars shinned brightly on the floor. The party was filled with life as music burst out of the speakers.
Zainab looked every inch the Hollywood star when she walked in wearing a stunning gown and we popped the party poppers screaming "SURPRISE!".

The place was adorned with everyone looking equally splendid. The party started with Zainab cutting her Oscar themed cake. It was a scrumptious, chocolate cake covered in white icing,which melted in the mouth.

Coming to the food, we had an extremely delicious hi-tea from sandwiches to burgers and chaat to dhai balay. Yes i know,goraness and desiness together.
As we all are a bunch of crazy picture fans, we head back to the party room to start our shoot. Every nook and corner became our picture spot. After we got tired with taking pictures, we did a little swirl and twirl to some kickass songs. This left us completely knackered. Leaving a mess after the whole night was the only thing we did best.
